Ok, so if we are sold off between now and the ballot our terms and conditions are still protected for a year right? So we can still strike and negotiate with the new owners? I'm not sure how that or any of it works?

I don't work for RM anymore,(got IHR in August 2011) but I'm thoroughly disgusted with everyone responsible for this sell off.
Watching the news this morning, (BBC), the report on the RM sell off stated that shares will be offered to the public. They are doing a more in depth report in a little while, so I'll watch and see what info there is to pass on to you guys.

No more about it on this mornings BBC News. The next programme is at 1pm (BBC). I don't have Sky, so can't watch that for updates.
I did find this though...from typing "Royal Mail Shares" into my search engine.
