OK it's a bit out of date but our pals and business partners UK Mail won this prestigious award in 2007 for the second year running.What did they have to do to achieve this accolade judged by a panel of expert judges with many years of postal experience between them ?

I'm trying to imagine the acceptance speech given at 'no doubt,some, prestigious 5 * Hotel industry dinner (paid for by my graft )

Looks like a nice jolly if you can get on it.Even they don't have the brass neck to give an award for handing mail over to Royal Mail for delivery oh sorry let me rephrase that "mail handover interface" .I actually thought I was looking at some sort of corporate April Fool's joke when I saw the article in UKMails news section.The fact that it is genuine made me want to weep.
