Mandelson on BBC1 this morning ...

Post by Carnoustie »

His latest ploy is to imply we'd all better swallow the partial privatisation of Royal Mail, because if we don't, the Tories will bring in something worse.

Bit like asking someone to accept removal of their arms and legs as it's a better alternative to being murdered :mfo

Soz missed the ghastly red socks and slip on shoes bit, as I was to busy munching on my custard creams to notice.

:nana Well, i did watch him again, just to see his red socks. Can somebody in the Cabinet not come up with more sleeze against him(He is dripping in it ) and have him booted out again. Having said that, I do not think, given his past ,that the General public have any belief in him ,so maybe this T.V. exposure will galvanise the public to take action against his proposals.

Hmmm. It shouldn't be a surprise that he's trying a back-door method of partnership :whistle

does he really think that if he gets his way and this all goes through, then that will mean that any future conservative government will not bother with us in the future.........we dont button up the back mandy, the first thing the tories would do if they come back would be to complete the job that he had started :mfo
