Reading that just confirms thoughts on the bill. If as looks likely the MC's are targeted by TNT then those employees will no longer be part of the RMPP so no guarantees. Poor sods.

Should we all then stop paying in to our pension after 16/12/2008 or should we continue to do so!. How can they now say "The regulator would introduce a new access regime-allowing competitors to send mail though royalmail's operational network on a fair basis" Are they admitting it was not fair in the first place!. How would any non successful competition challenge this as indeed they will as they will have to pay their competitor the true price of access and it would cost them dear for not winning the race too screw the opposition in the so called free mail market!.
