I would personally prefer to keep hold of them and wait until the sale if it goes ahead as the price would be higher. Cheers for any advice on this matter

Shares what options if leaving ?
I have the full allocation of free shares and I have been buying shares through my wages since the scheme began, I have been pondering leaving Royal Mail for the past few weeks and was wondering what are my options , I’ve seen plenty of people saying that you have to sell them within either a month or two ?

Re: Shares what options if leaving ?
Equiniti wrote to me a few weeks after I left giving me the option to either transfer the free shares to a RM nominee account, transfer out to my own arrangement, or sell.
It's not possible to keep them in the SIP.
I can't really comment on the P&M shares because I didn't buy any, but all the info is here: https://www.myroyalmail.com/PartnershipandMatching
