Royal Mail Share Incentive Plan (SIP) statement is now available online

This year we’re changing the way we send the annual Royal Mail Share Incentive Plan (SIP) statement.

Instead of receiving a paper statement, you can now view it online via the Equiniti Limited Employee Share Plans (ESP) Portal at: www.royalmailemployeeshares.co.uk

You can also navigate to the ESP Portal via your My Bundle+ account at https://mybundle.rewardgateway.co.uk or from the People App.
If you are registering for the first time, simply click ‘Register’ and follow the online steps and you will be sent an activation code for your account.
If you provide a royalmail.com email address, the activation code will be sent to you immediately by email. If you use a personal email address, your activation code will be sent by post to your home address.

Through the ESP Portal, you can also:

See a breakdown of the shares you hold
View an estimated current value of your shares
View your transaction history including any dividend payments
View the tax status of your shares including how many shares are available i.e. no longer
subject to income tax or National Insurance contributions
See how the tax status of your shares could change over time, so you can plan ahead
Trade your SIP Shares in real time.

Partnership & Matching scheme

Royal Mail offers a SIP Partnership and Matching scheme, whereby it will match the number of shares you buy each month with additional shares (currently up to a maximum of two matching shares per month). If you are not currently participating in the scheme and would like to know more about it, details can be found on the portal, where you can also apply to take part.

More information

If you have any questions about your shares or how to access your account, please contact the Royal Mail Employee Shares Helpline on 0800 012 12 13. Lines are open from 8.30am to 5.30pm (UK time) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays in England and Wales). You can also contact the team by email at: Royalmailshareplans@equiniti.com
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
