Partnership+matching shares not showing up

I re-signed up to the partnership and matching scheme (on 3rd February 2023) but as of yet they arent showing up when i log into my esp portal shares page. Should they be showing up by now?

Shares are bought once around the 18th of every month.
Having introduced a work colleague to them a few months ago I am aware it does take several months for it to be acted upon.
I would check again in a week or two, meanwhile I would not be concerned.

When you say “to be acted upon” … does that mean the money going out of my pay isnt yet buying RM shares? So i could be missing out on the current low price?

It will be buying shares, approximately on the 18th every month.
Just appears to take time for them to set your account up so you can see them.
Pay £10+ per week and you get an extra two shares from RM per month.
Don’t forget you still have to keep them 4 years to not pay tax on them.

Same on my app .my account not updated since 24/02 yet dollar still comes out my account .the cheq sphinx probs got them all .postie's last to get them or RM knows something

So just been on phone to employee shares helpline to see why my account not being updated since 24/2 . Reply given .
I'm not really sure .

It's now been updated to 31st of March.
Just in time because we are buying another wedge of shares on Monday.
