Tuesday today and still not heard,rumour has it the times are 4.30am Monday to 4.30am Tuesday,if true the only people on strike are deliverys and mail centre late shift,because early and night shift hours come outside these timesbiscuit1957 wrote:We will see if it is Monday.

MC earlies and nights would be on strike too if those times are correct.

Sorry about that I respect those posties,early shift in mail centres hours are, Tuesday to Saturday 6.00am til 2.00pm(so miss strike)Tman wrote:MC earlies and nights would be on strike too if those times are correct.

night shift 10.00pm Monday to Saturday morning 6.00am they would have to go into work 4.30 am Tuesday(if strike was 4.30am Monday to 4.30am Tuesday)
Late shift work Monday to Friday 2.00pm until 10.00pm Monday to Friday(only shift on strike and losing pay)weekend shift working as usual times

So early shift and late shift would strike for their whole shift on Monday and night shift for their whole shift on Monday night into Tuesday morning. Obviously things like rest days might mean that some people don't work in the affected hours and thus don't strike at alldingo wrote:No one cuts off their duty. If your duty starts before 4:30 you will on strike Monday into Tuesday. It is a whole shift each.
