Re: LTB 071/25 – OFFER BY EP GROUP – UPDATE
I was hoping too keep my shares and didn't agree too sell but with him owning over 80%shares and he's delisting he will surely obtain over 90%which will trigger compulsory purchases.
How would someone sell there shares within the 14 day extra timeslot?
Alot in my office hadn't sold there's too we all feel the union has sold us out yet again and offered no advice or help and also they never did anything too stop this sale.
Dave ward should step down he's nothing but a traitor who's sold out both it's union members and royal mail... disgusting

There's been plenty of advice and videos from the union - not their fault you weren't listening.

The OTC trading will take place, similar to pre/after market trading with lower volumes and higher spreads and some higher trading costs for sure due to direct interaction with broker..higher volatility expected due to smaller market and higher sensitivity to upcoming news..not for the faint hearted but if it is money would are willing to lose and only small portion of portfolio it can have actually a higher potential in coming years..clashcityrocker wrote: ↑02 May 2025, 20:58How much will they be worth?

Re: LTB 071/25 – OFFER BY EP GROUP – UPDATE
Takeover rules state the offer has to remain open for a minimum of 14 days after the unconditional date and they have to give 14 days notice of when that extra period is to close.
They haven't done that yet, so as things stand today the offer remains open until further notice.
If you currently hold shares, you should still be able to sell them in the normal way during the extended offer period, but only if you haven't already accepted the offer.
If you have accepted, you can't now change your mind.
A majority owned de-listed company is under no compulsion to make their financial situation public, pay dividends, etc.bogues2009 wrote: ↑02 May 2025, 22:18The OTC trading will take place, similar to pre/after market trading with lower volumes and higher spreads and some higher trading costs for sure due to direct interaction with broker..higher volatility expected due to smaller market and higher sensitivity to upcoming news..not for the faint hearted but if it is money would are willing to lose and only small portion of portfolio it can have actually a higher potential in coming years..
There is no guarantee you'll be able to sell you shares however much they may theoretically be worth in the future, as you're relying on someone else being willing to put themselves in the same position as you.
Not all brokers do OTC either, making it even harder to sell.
There's also no guarantee IDS/DK will be willing to buy minority shares in the future at the offer price, let alone higher.
There are plenty of other places to invest with a similar risk and reward profile to IDS, and you'll have far more control of your money.

Now that the shares are going to be delisted, no serious investor is going to hang on to them.
The level of Acceptances will quickly rise way above 90%, if it hasn't already and the few shares that are left in the hands of people who don't know what they're doing will be compulsorily acquired by the bidder for the same price.

Hopefully that'll be the case and it'll save a few from making what most people see, as big mistake.robking wrote: ↑03 May 2025, 12:28Now that the shares are going to be delisted, no serious investor is going to hang on to them.
