Officially no ( according to the paperwork that came with them ), but unless there's a minor miracle in the next 12 months ( ie RM gains some morals, respect & scruples towards it's employees ) I wouldn't worry too much about itnoggin1969 wrote:since they're worthless i wouldn't worry about itive actually misplaced my share certificates, will i still be able to sell them back without actually having the?m

I had 2 certificates. I've lost them both.
Am I entitled to £2,800?
Am I entitled to £2,800?
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Re: colleague shares??(Share price to be revealed Tuesday)
We have received £1200 in dividends so far. The dividend we should have got in June 2010 was used as the £400 for accepting the last pay deal/ transformation agreement. The share allocation we should have got in 2009 was converted into the £600 we will get for completing the transformation.
We will have received £2200 from the colleague share scheme in total by the end of April but the Sun says we may get a total of £2600. If they are right, it means there is still another £400 to come. We have 711 shares each (full time) so that means each share will be valued at about 56p each.
Management have 'leaked' the story that the shares are worth nothing so that when we are told what they are really worth, they hope we will think it's better than nothing.
They can stick their colleague shares up their arse.
No more stupid incentive schemes.
All future money must go into basic pay.

The aforementioned £600 and £400 is the £1,000 transformational lump sum money.

If a miracle prevails and we actually get something, i think people will get paid out regardless wether they still have their certificates or not.harryjohn wrote:ive actually misplaced my share certificates, will i still be able to sell them back without actually having the?mspoodoo wrote:we were told we will not get any shares
As long as you were employed by RM at the time of issue.

Not quite.Big Daz wrote:The aforementioned £600 and £400 is the £1,000 transformational lump sum money.
The £600 was a replacement for the third share allocation and was incorporated into the transformation lump sums.
The £400 was a replacement for the final dividend and was paid to us on ratification of the failed bag of shite they call the BTA or BT2010 or the Way Backwards....
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
