The 'Free' shares we got became tax free in Oct last year. Now, if I decide to sell the shares now, will the proceeds be put directly into my bank (minus the dealing fee) like the dividend is or will it go into my wages, like they did before when I sold some (I paid tax/ni)?

Thanks

It will only go through wages if there is income tax and NIC's to pay.

As we've now had all the free shares for at least 5 years, there is no tax/NIC's to pay and the proceeds should go straight into your bank account.
