Small things please small minds I know but it’s always annoyed me that I previously left Royal Mail a matter of weeks before they gave out 913 free shares to staff.

With the latest monthly purchase I’ve now passed that figure (albeit I bought them through this scheme), life goals etc

That makes a total of 1,894 partnership shares & 102 matching shares per £100 gross/ monthly investment since Oct. 2018.

I was in this scheme from the beginning, I have now left the business by resigning, so I'm guessing I'm a good leaver, do I get to keep my matching shares

The stock market haven't got the memo about that, the price this afternoon is £2.30, I won't be selling, but if you really believe that stuff then of course you should sell.
