If Salmond was so concerned about this issue he should have called the referendum as soon as the SNP was elected to the Scottish Parliament rather than waiting as long as he possibly could in the vain hope of attracting more 'yes' votes.

Well,he has hit the back of the net with this one as probably all of Scotland's posties will now vote for independence,i would.

It's a shame us lot in England and Wales can't vote him into downing Street.

Don't put any store by the "make-it-up-as-go-along" Salmond either. He won't renationalise the Jock RM in a million years.
