Royal Mail must axe its 'Spanish practices' altogether or risk staying in the “relegation zone” of European postal services according to a former regulator who is carrying out a review into the future of the organisation.
By modernisation, he said: “Royal Mail must rid itself entirely of the which still inhabit parts of the company.

So what exactly are the 'Spanish Practices' or "restrictive labour practices" ? spending hours hand sorting mail ?

The only ones I know about, are the minority who still get early finishes. And even they won't be finishing early for too much longer.
