If I want too sell the shares I own how do I do it?I can't find my letter.

I was holding out hoping too hold onto my shares but can't see any point now I bet the new owner already owns most shares .

The shares are still listed on the stock market, so if you haven't accepted the offer, there shouldn't be anything stopping you from selling them in the normal way.
You'll have to pay commission and normal rules will apply to P&M shares with regards to tax and forfeiting any you haven't had for long enough.

If you want to sell via accepting the offer and assuming their held with Equiniti, you should be able to do that online, this is taken from the myroyalmail website(https://www.myroyalmail.com/your-shares):
To instruct the SIP Trustee to accept the Offer on your behalf, you will need to go to the SIP Offer website https://idsoffer.shareview.info/ and under the section Royal Mail Share Incentive Plan, select “Learn more” where you will find the SIP Key Dates, Frequently Asked Questions, Key Documents and a section entitled “Accept the Recommended Offer”.
In this scenario, all SIP shares will be tax free and no commission to pay.

That means Kretinsky can compulsory purchase unsold shares.

He needs 90% of the shares relevant to the offer, which is the other 72.44% he didn't already own. Rather than 90% of all shares.

So if I've done the maths correctly, he'll need a total of 92.75% to be able to compulsorily purchase the rest.

It is. And well done for keeping them all this time. I bought the original £10ks worth we were all guaranteed to be able to buy. Only myself and the Dom did so, even though I told all my fellow workers to get some. I had 37,203 of them at one point so have had a fair amount in dividends. I also accidentally shorted some when there was a profit warning a few years ago. I’d sold about £10ks worth (I think) at around 2 o’clock one day, 30 minutes before a profit warning was published, the shares plummeted so I bought them back for £6400. Happy days.
