yet only a few months ago we had CWU area rep telling the whole office that the figures used for office workloads have been checked and were accurate,implying that there was no justification to question times given for prep and IPS.

its either a guide or not which makes me wonder why we keeping introducing new versions of IWT and why Bob Gibson recently agreed to adding even more layers to traffic predictions /calculations.
