Just a quick question how do I know a RIDDOR has been reported correctly, rather then the words it has been ,surly notification needs to be shared with the ASR to confirm this.

According to HSE website if it's been reported online a copy is available for download. Also the 'reporting person' should have
received a reference number when submitting the report.

On doing this, you will see a submission confirmation screen 'Thank You for submitting your RIDDOR form' which includes the RIDDOR reference number assigned. If a copy of the form is required a button to download a PDF copy will visible at this point.
