tyre changing

what's the policy for tyre changes for vehicle delivery staff ? ,when ,where or what can or can't we do ? .Any advice would be appreciated please as cannot find anything under H&S or anything anywhere about this .

They do tell you in drivers handbook, and should also inform you in the changeover.
