Police have charged the owner
A postman and an elderly man were attacked by two dogs in Calderwood last week.
The two Alsatian dogs were dangerously out of control as they first bit the 28-year-old postman on Angus Avenue, Calderwood on May 5, causing him injuries.
The same two dogs then bit an 82-year-old man near Ness Drive, St Leonards.
The 49-year-old owner of both dogs has been charged following the attacks.
A spokesperson for the Police added: “A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
