Although this is an American based video - why can't Royal Mail integrate some kind of software that does a similar job into the PDA. I did ask a senior rep and he said he can't see why not either.

this would be good for specials say you have 10 specials you scan them in and which specials you havent completed by 12 an alarm goes off on the pda to tell you you still have some specials to do
