Taking meal breaks in the van

Now we are all job sharing and staff are encouraged to take breaks on dely, surely the company should be installing some sort of hand washing facilities in the vans?

You look at bt, water board they all take breaks away from base and they all have facilities to wash there hands, so why don't we.

i refuse to take break in van it is unhygienic and too cramped plus they need to provide a toilet and rest room u should not take in van also h+S you are sat in a van (and a lot of walks are on a busy road) AND if you get struck by another vehicle u could be badly injured ,the union should not agree to breaks in the van
