Most male managers seem to wear the cat shoes/trainers. I have to agree about women wearing high heels though, should be banned for all ops managers.

Not being a H&S specialist (thats Brother Magrews area :Very Happy ) I would have thought H&S rules apply across the board regardless of job, gender or grade. High heels in an operational area would seem to be against those guidelines. Mind you there are different grades of high heels - if they are 6 inch spikes, or 4 inch open toed court shoes then I would say there are unsafe. But 2 or 3 inch heels on fully enclosed normal shoes would be acceptable.

One would have thought that the subject of high heels or high heeled shoes would have been covered under the auspice of the Royal Mail Dress Code for footwear.
