In all my time in rm the worst bullying has been from managers FACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and nothing happens to them but if some postie is having a laugh or bit of banter then there punished. Draw group in my place of work is a joke.

Like to think i'm an honest guy,i've seen near on bullying with colleage to colleague,kept myself back to see how far it was going but did not need to step in.

The Draw group is a voluntary group with no payment outside work. Why not join them?
