It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

if its the new hct dont overload it. then push it about half a mile and wait for one of the front wheels to fall off

Just a quickie. Do you have to have any training on the LWT before you are allowed to use one? just wondering as i go to P&L on mon & not been shown a thing about them.

Apparently duty lengths are now an enabler - :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :mad :mad :mad

Beyond pouch deliveries which should remain at a "planned" 3.5 hours - all other types of deliveries have no limit beyond fatigue, replenishment and risk assessments being done or demonstrably taken into account as appropriate.
