suffered from m.e for 9 years,still managed to hold down my job with royal mail but this graded exercise thing is a load of rubbish.You cannot do any exercise with m.e it simply makes you worse than you were feeling before.

My wife suffered with ME or cfs for 5 years .Thankfully she has made a full recovery thanks to the lightning process.There is no way in the world any form of exercise would have helped her it would have made things 10 times worse,whoever thought of this ridiculous idea wants shooting and has no concept of the illness,grrrrr grrrrrr
