sickness policy
would anyone happen to know where I could view a copy of the sickness policy as I had 2 days off sick this week and my manager had me in the office for half an hour going on about all these warnings I could get if I have more than 4 days off at any one time. I just wanted to see the policy for myself!

Also they should have given you a copy at the interview and you can insist on a rep/colleague being present.
