Should these items, if found to be over 1kg, be transfered to a van delivery ? Weight of shoulders and all that?

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

How does that work.
Could be to cope with BB usually being a bulk posting where as 1.25 is usually just a single item :nervous

cannot get in the doors of some houses. what is the max packet and weight size we should be carrying. when i try to throw off big ones manager says they are able to be done. means also carrying them back if not delivered
