Muscle Deterioration

I'm off for the foreseeable future now and was wondering how fast leg muscle deteriorates?

Built up some nice definition on my calf's from this job and don't want to lose it.

Depends on your age really.
I find 3 weeks holiday usually is enough for me.

Early 30's,and I'm off for a lot longer than 3 weeks.Might even get to see the world cup :Very Happy

It would help if you could do SOME exercise if at all possible.
Who will you be supporting in the World Cup?

I'm trying to sack the crutches and walk,but it's a pisser in a cast.

Dunno really,Scotland and Ireland are not there so I don't really have a team competing.I just hope it's a good tournament after the let down of the last one.

:Very Happy Seriously, when they first started sending men into space, some were given exercises bikes to keep up muscle tone, others not. It took only six weeks before some the muscles started to wastw in the men who didn't excersise= quite scary!
