Norman Smith is now the newly appointed Royal Mail Letters Safety Director.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

LTB 436/09 dated 18th May 2009 a Dave Joyce posting, mentions that Keith Scott is Head of Safety Royal Mail Group. Although when it comes to health and safety there is normally more than one person involved. Mark Higson and Norman Smith do have dealings with safety as well.
"Today’s workplace has become heartless and soulless. Employees are seen as units of labour, automatons, functionaries, objects for achieving designated tasks, and as costs to be minimised."
