I was asked by my colleagues today at what point do Royal mail expect you to attempt to travel to work in these Adverse Wintry Weathers?
I replied if you feel unsafe about driving or walking into work or your nearest DO then you should ring your manager and inform them of your situation! They said they did and their Managers have told them because they did not attend work they will be docked a days pay or or days leave and this was a national agreement is this correct?
