It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
Am I kidding myself thinking that the top brass are going to reply to my letters and email asking for re-instatment ?? Its going on 2 weeks now since i sent them and heard nothing back so far ! No point sending the same letters to my area manager or mail centre manager as the last time i tried to contact them neither replied !!

latest update in my struggle : Mr Higson recieved my letters/emails and had passed them on to the HR team at NIMC. Hr replied to me by way of letter stating that although they agknowledge that I was unfairly dismissed, because I was a contributing factor to the dismissal and didnt recieve any compensation they wouldnt be re-instating me ! So the joys continue lol im hoping to have a few media people looking into the case and hopefully that might help !!
