Chase them up. You need to know in plenty of time, in case you need to get someone else to represent you.

Did it say why they'd taken so long to tell you that?
Still, I suppose it's better late than never, eh? :d'oh!

Wow how surprising!
When will these lot represent their members???
All they are bothered about is your union fees and helping out people who have been out on strike for them, as it looks good in The Voice  anything else, unfair dismissal, breaches of employment law,non compliance of the DDA etc they don't give a feck.
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

It depends on who your Reps are. Mine are currently fighting my disciplinary case. I can't go into details yet, as too many people at my place know who I am. But believe me. They've been fantastic!

It's just depressing, that there are so many other areas, where people are being let down so badly. If they can do it in my area, then why the f**k can't they do it everywhere! :arrrghhh :no no :arrrghhh

I'll let you know how it turns out, when it finishes.

You could try PMing Wranglered. He handled his own case. Although he hasn't posted on here for quite a while, so I'm not sure if he'll get the PM.

 Hi mo,
Good luck at your tribunal. If they have agreed to listen to your case, it means they believe you have a case--many people on here have went it alone and won their case--so keep the chin up. But go prepared, and list all the salient points you have mentioned, i.e the stage 1 which you believe shouldn't have been issued, from their ignoring their own Doctors reports etc.Let us know how you get on.

But if he won wouldn't he of least get his job back?
