one way or the other, its work related. either from the boot or the walking..maybe, a combination of both. the foot is quite a complex mechanism. i had a foot injury from a boot i had for work, and after a few days i was getting bad headaches and started limping. turns out that there was a nail tack head that hadnt been flattened and protruding into the heel that wasnt noticeable and was only discovered after removing the glued down insole. that was about 15 years ago.

thats why i asked where it is. that could have had a knock on effect with another area. usually, when walking up stairs, the first thing anyone does is put the foot on the step, the second motion is the front part of the foot from the toes down to the ball of the foot in the levering, and when there's pressure in this action, the muscle underneath and behind the ball of the foot stretches and relaxes.
and here comes avi cohen! oh i say! at the same end, he's got one back!!
