Time to move on
Right friends, tomorrow pending in my bank account is the final payment I will receive from Royal Mail, my pension advice money, which I should have received last month. So it has taken about 3 and half months after leaving, just slightly longer than advertised.
Aside from my regular monthly pension payments, that's it.
As I have prevously said, for me I got the ball rolling 6 months before I wanted my pension and every thing came into time, bar the pension advice money, which was nearly spot on.
So there is not much more to add.
So I will take my leave.
If any one has a particular question about the process of applying for a RMSPS/RMPP/DBCBS just send me a private message and I will check that from time to time.
Apart from that it's time to move on, I have a life to lead.... eventully covid permitting (I have had my first jab!)
I hope all goes well, pension and life wise for you all!

Good luck mate, don't be a stranger.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Good luck mate, I might be picking your brains from time to time (to stop you getting bored with nothing to do!) as I'm waiting for my final figures and having just gone through the process yourself you seem to know your way around the RM pension minefield. But for now I'll let you get back to "Homes under the hammer", and get yourself yet another brew.

Re: Time to move on
Stephen, I'm sure your 'road to retirement' thread/s have helped many on this forum to understand the processes of taking their RM pensions.
Thanks for putting in the time and good luck for the future.

By sharing your pension figures and journey you will have helped many people on here with their own plans.
I wish you all the best for your retirement and hopefully it won’t be too long until you can’t start going places and enjoying life.
