Annual Pension Payment Increase
When in receipt of your pension, am I right in thinking it can increase every year and if so what criteria is used.

Assuming you're talking about NRA60 and NRA65 benefits via the RMSPS and RMPP, then pensions will increase by either CPI for section A/B or RPI for section C.
Increases are applied in April, but the figures used are from the previous September.

Thanks for your prompt reply, you're right in your assumptions, I believe I'm in section C, service from 1997 to 2020, the last increase I received was April 2019, wasn't sure if this was right.

The increase for Section C pension this year is 1.1% paid partly in April and fully from May.
