Pay increase due this year but paid after left RM?

Post by stephen500 »

I plan to leave RM at the end of Nov 2020.
Currently the CWU and RM are in negotiation over pay for 2020-21 at least.
What happens if they come to aggreement after I have left and have had my P45?
I presume I won't be able to benefit from any backdated pay (IF they backdate it) as I would have had my P45 although I might think I could benefit from an increase in pay as far as my DBCBS is concerned, although if we had a 1% rise, that would be a whopping £38 (for 8 months).
