I thought that a thread to collate the many questions members will have about the impending delivery of the new style twin statements would be useful
I have a quick question to start the ball rolling
My Royal Mail SPS statement is showing only 14 and a half years total service despite enrolling back in the 1998 and having been full time for my entire time at RM (Still here for now)
I am guessing that the missing years are due to the twin statement scenario and the other years will be accounted for when (or if) the second statement from RMPP arrives
