I'm getting the following response from the website. This has always been the case.....I have never seen an illustration.
"Unfortunately, we are unable to generate a retirement illustration using the default values stored against your pension record".
Any ideas?

RMSPS Retirement Illustrator
It's been mentioned on here before and seems to apply to some people for no obvious reason.
You should be able to work out rough RMSPS figures from your last annual illustration(2019).
2020's illustrations are due out fairly soon anyway, but we'll be getting two:
1. From the RMSPS showing benefits up to 31st March 2012; and
2. From the RMPP showing benefits from 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2018, plus the DBCBS.
You should be able to work out rough RMSPS figures from your last annual illustration(2019).

2. From the RMPP showing benefits from 1st April 2012 to 31st March 2018, plus the DBCBS.
