Started paying into RM latest pension a while ago and intend on finishing work around December, will have about 2 years contributions by then., am I likely to be offered a very small pension or a lump sum. Thanks.

You'll be in the RM Defined Contribution Plan via Scottish Widows(formerly Zurich).
You have a pot of money, and it's up to you what you do with it and how you access it.
