Asking for a friend they are age 65 in April they have received paperwork for they 2012 benefits. It states in para 1 that further paperwork relating to pension entitlement up to April 2020 will arrive soon. If they are happy with info provided on the paperwork received so far do they return it to PSC or wait for the second letter to arrive before making any decision.
