If you take your pension and continue working, if you were offered voluntary redundancy or ill health retirement, in either scenario would the amount offered be affected in any way?
That's assuming you'd still be eligible for either of the above of course...

As far as I'm aware, the figures for VR or IHR are not affected if you've already taken any of your pension.
