How long does it take?

I've been waiting over 4 weeks now to get my lump sum and Avc why does it take so long? Doing my head in.

Have you confirmed with Capita that all is set up and approved for payment?

For the correct date, address, bank account etc?

Yes they just saying waiting for avc payment .
