I was paid off with IHR last year and the pension provider are making me jump through hoops to see any of that money.
Can anyone tell me the process?

So you got IHR with lump sum(34 weeks pay plus pilon) from RM?
Or did you get IHR with payment of pension?
If it's the former, are you now trying to take your RM pension? Or another pension from somewhere else?
Or something else entirely?

They sent me a form asking my doctor to sign a statement which says that I’ve been retired. When they know I’ve been retired....just a bit confusing
