Am 50 and jst finish on I’ll health can’t c me ever working again due to medical problems is it worth fighting for my pension at appeal

if you are retired on ill health grounds, and under 55 you are supposed to be given access to your pension, IF it is decided and agreed you will be unable to work again. unless this has changed or it is just your opinion then this might be the reason it has been rescinded. this should have been sorted before your IHR was completed.

I may be wrong, but I think that ruling was changed when the ''agreement'' came into force in April. maybe Dingo can clarify.
