I have tried to digest all the recent pension info I have been sent lately,and the bit that worries me is if it is so good why are the forecasts done on a £25000 salary or above?A full time postie in my office is on just over £21400 and most people and new starters who it will affect most are on 25 hours and are on just over half of this.If forecasts reflected true salaries I think our younger members would be in for a shock or am I missing something?

We are in the middle of what some economists are calling the slow crash.Any forecasts that say the investments in the new scheme will give a wage in retirement of this amount or that amount need to be taken with a pinch of salt.
