Hi all,
Could somebody tell me if my IHR lump sum is taxable if so do I put it on my self assessment return.

So are you saying you paid tax on your pay in lieu amount only ??

As far as I know the PILON is taxable, the 34 weeks pay isn't.

But I'm sure some one will correct me if I'm wrong.
