tribunal fees been ruled unlawful - Pension changes
So now that tribunal fees have been ended, does this mean we can take Royal Mail to a tribunal arguing to retain full pensionable allowances for ex PHGs?

The ending of tribunal fees just means that we wouldn’t have to pay. It makes the case for victory no less stronger or weaker.
Personally I would have thought if you went to a tribunal and said ‘I’m getting more than everyone else for doing the same job and my employer is taking that extra money away’, you’d just be laughed at. But then I'm not a lawyer.
Although I do accept that RM said such allowances would be paid ‘in perpetuity’.
