If I am sacked - nothing happens to your pension :wink:

But if you are sacked it depends on the circumstances. IIRC Normally its frozen and you are still entitled to the benefits as and when they fall due.

However, if they prosecute you then under the current laws the court can sequester some of your pension as punishment/restitution.
