Pensions will be safe for the next 5 years as per agreement(what happens after 5 years)terms and conditions will be the same for 3 years(what happens after 3 years)
now in all the publications we get now state when RM is Privatised PLEASE CWU tell us what is going on,don't treat us like mushrooms
There is a forgotten, well almost a forbidden word, which means more to me than any other.

That word is ENGLAND!!!

The CWU probably don't know what will happen in 3 or 5 years time anymore than we do! But in my opinion the current pension arrangements will be replaced by a defined contribution scheme not too dissimilar to the one already offered to employees who started after April 2008 ( http://www.zurich.co.uk/royalmaildcplan ... uction.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).
