Future pension provision in Postal Services Bill

I've read the sections in the Bill relating to RMPP but found it fairly vague.The following section seems good;

(2) in exercising the power the Secretary of State must ensure that the relevant
pensions provision in respect of each person who is or has been a member of
the RMPP is, in all material respects, at least as good immediately after the
exercise of the power as it is immediately before the exercise of the power.

But what about future employer contributions.As a member of the CSDB scheme which states;

Even though the pension has changed to Career Salary Defined Benefit the
contribution have not changed. You pay a standard contribution of 6% of
your pay into your pension and Royal Mail contribute 20% into your pension.

Will the Government continue to meet the employers contributions and obligations.As someone with 16 to 21 years to go the loss of this level of employer contributions for that length of time would be huge.

The Government will only back existing RMPP liabilities until the day the RM gets sold off.Then the new owners will be liable for future Pension liabilities...

Whether the new owners keep the CDP or perhaps the NEST due out in 2012 remains to be seen...
